Answer 41 questions once
Your prices, your hours, your deposit terms, your cancellation policy. We built the question list per industry so you are not staring at a blank form. It takes about an hour.
Nail and lash goes live on 41 answers. The other 61 records stay staged until you want them.
It replies from your answers only
Every price it quotes is a value you typed. If an answer is missing, the message does not send and you get told. A missing reply is recoverable. A wrong price is a refund and a bad review.
Placeholders that cannot resolve refuse the send. That is a rule in the code, not a guideline.
Everything else reaches you
Anything outside what you approved goes to a person, with the customer's message attached and no promise of a time the business cannot keep. You pick it up when you are free.
It never says someone will call within the hour, because it has no way to know that.
The most valuable thing it does is refuse
Singapore's competition watchdog took a nail salon chain to court over staff telling customers they had a fungal infection, from looking at their toes. The entities and their managing director were later found guilty of contempt.
That is the behaviour this was built not to have. When a customer describes a swollen eye, a bleeding paw, a child who has been hurt, or asks whether a mole is normal, the assistant names nothing, reassures nothing, and sells nothing for the rest of that conversation. It tells them to see a professional and it alerts you.
A bot that cannot improvise cannot oversell. In this market, that is the feature.
It will not sell into a complaint
Once someone is unhappy, every offer is closed for that conversation. A package pitched at an angry customer is worse than silence.
It stays closed after a safety event
The next message is not a fresh start. A customer who reported a reaction two turns ago is still in that conversation.
It works the same in Mandarin
Safety triggers fire in Chinese and in code switched Singlish. A Mandarin customer always reaches a person.
STOP is permanent
Opt out is written to storage, survives restarts, and cannot be undone by anything the customer types afterwards.
A customer reports a reaction, then asks a price two messages later. The till stays shut for the rest of the conversation.

handed to a person
The same guarantee in Mandarin. It replies in the language the customer wrote in, and still hands over.

Eight industries, researched separately
Each pack is built from that trade's own regulator guidance, complaint patterns and pricing conventions. A property pack refuses valuations because only a licensed appraiser may give one. A tuition pack escalates a safeguarding disclosure. They are not the same product with the words swapped.
Nail and lash
Pilot vertical. The deepest pack we have built.
An open question the pack has no record for, answered from the salon's own configured facts. Rosewood Nails is fictional.
Property
No valuations, no stamp duty advice. CEA rules throughout.

Pricing
Not published yet. It is set per industry, because the packs differ in depth and the message volumes differ by trade. We would rather quote you properly than post a number that is wrong for your business.
Single line
One shop, one number.
Quoted per industry
- Your industry pack, live on your WhatsApp Business number
- The go-live question set, filled in with you
- Escalations to your phone or your CRM
- Weekly summary of what it answered and what it passed on
Multi outlet
Several branches, or several numbers.
Quoted per industry
- Everything in Single line
- Per outlet prices, hours and staff
- One escalation queue across branches
- Answers you teach it once, shared everywhere
Something else
A trade we have not packaged, a language we do not cover yet, or an integration into a system you already run. Tell us what the conversation looks like today and we will tell you honestly whether this fits.
Try it before you believe any of this
The demo line is live. Send it a message, pick an industry, and ask it something it should not answer. That is the part worth testing.
